These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“you, “User,” or “your”) and CandleVix (“CandleVix, “we,” “us, ” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website located at candlevix.com, together with all related features, tools, and functionality (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
CandleVix is, as of the Effective Date, operated on an unincorporated basis and has not yet completed formal business registration. We intend to formalize CandleVix as a registered legal entity (for example, a U.S. limited liability company) as the business grows. References in these Terms to “CandleVix,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company” mean the individual(s) currently operating the Service, and will automatically transfer to the registered legal entity — without requiring your further consent — once incorporation is complete. We will update these Terms, including Section 23 (Governing Law), to reflect the registered entity’s name and jurisdiction once that process is finished.
You must be at least 13 years oldto create an account or use the Service. If you are between the age of 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service — including making any purchase — with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. CandleVix does not knowingly permit use of the Service by anyone under 13.
The Service is intended to be available worldwide, and we do not currently restrict access by country. Notwithstanding the foregoing, by using the Service you represent and warrant that you are not: (a) located in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Nations; (b) identified on any restricted-party, denied-persons, or sanctions list maintained by such authorities; or (c) otherwise prohibited by applicable law from receiving services from us. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time if required to comply with applicable law.
You must register an account using a valid email address and password to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.
CandleVix provides AI-powered technical analysis of trading chart images across multiple markets, including cryptocurrency, stocks, forex, commodities, and indices. To use the core feature, you upload a chart image, answer a short set of contextual questions (such as asset type, trading pair/symbol, and timeframe), select a response language, and submit the request. The Service processes your submission using a third-party AI provider and returns a written Analysis, which is saved to your private analysis history for a limited retention period (see Section 9).
The Service is a self-serve, single-purpose tool. It does not include social features, an administrator-mediated advisory service, or any form of personalized financial advisory relationship. See Section 12 (Financial Disclaimer) and Section 13 (AI Disclaimer).
Account creation and sign-in are handled exclusively through email and password (via our authentication provider, Supabase). We do not currently offer social or third-party login (such as Google Sign-In), though we may add such options in the future.
You must verify your email address by clicking the link sent to you before your account is activated and before your free trial Credit is granted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at our support email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. Accounts are personal to you; you may not share your login credentials with, or grant account access to, any other person.
The free trial Credit described in Section 7 is limited to one per person, tied to your email address. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free Credits, or any other form of free-trial abuse, is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination under Section 18.
CandleVix operates on a pay-as-you-go, credit-based model. There are no subscriptions and no recurring or automatically renewing charges. You purchase a fixed Package of Credits and consume one Credit each time you receive a completed Analysis.
Upon verified signup, each new account automatically receives one (1) free analysis Credit, identical in capability to a paid Credit (no watermark or restriction). The free Credit expires 60 days from the date it is granted and is limited to one per user account (tied to your email address).
As of the Effective Date, the following Packages are available. Current pricing is always displayed on the billing page of the Service and controls over any pricing referenced here.

All Credits within every tier provide identical, full-depth Analysis — there is no feature difference between tiers other than quantity and price per Credit.
All Credits (free trial and purchased) expire 60 days after the date of purchase or grant. Expiry is calculated per purchase — all Credits from a single transaction share the same expiry date. Expired Credits are automatically forfeited with no refund, and there is no grace period after expiry. If you purchase a new Package while an existing Package’s Credits are still active, the new Package receives its own independent 60-day expiry window.
All payments are processed exclusively in supported stablecoins (currently USDT, USDC, and DAI, on supported networks including Tron TRC-20, Ethereum ERC-20, and BNB Chain BEP-20) through our third-party payment processor, NOWPayments. We do not accept Bitcoin, Ether, or other non-stablecoin cryptocurrencies. To complete a purchase, you will be redirected to a NOWPayments-hosted invoice page; we do not process or store your payment credentials directly.
You acknowledge and agree that cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the applicable blockchain, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or “charged back” by us, by NOWPayments, or by any bank. Unlike credit card or bank payments, there is no chargeback mechanism available for cryptocurrency transactions. You are solely responsible for verifying the destination address, network, and amount before sending payment. Our full refund terms are set out in our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Completed and failed Analyses (including the associated Chart image) are retained in your private history for 30 days from creation, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems, including the underlying stored image file. There is no export, download, or re-run feature for past Analyses in the current version of the Service. You are responsible for saving or recording any Analysis you wish to keep before it is deleted.
All Chart uploads and generated Analyses are private to your account. We do not make any user’s Charts or Analyses public, and we do not provide any sharing or public-link feature. Access to stored images is restricted to your account via private, access-controlled storage and short-lived signed URLs used only to process your request.
The Service’s user interface is provided in English. You may separately select English or Arabic as the language of a given AI-generated Analysis; this selection applies only to that Analysis and is not saved between sessions.
THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL ANALYSES, IS PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TRADING, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE, AND NO ANALYSIS SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY, SELL, OR HOLD ANY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT OR ASSET.
Trading and investing in financial markets — including cryptocurrency, stocks, forex, commodities, and indices — carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Past performance, chart patterns, or historical data referenced in any Analysis are not indicative of future results. You should not make any trading or investment decision based solely on an Analysis generated by the Service. Before making any financial decision, you should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed and qualified financial advisor, broker, or tax professional in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make and for any resulting losses.
Analyses are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided “as is.” AI systems can and do make mistakes. An Analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fail to correctly identify chart elements, patterns, or levels. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any Analysis for any particular purpose. You remain solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and acting (or not acting) on any Analysis, and for all trading decisions you make in reliance on it.
We use one or more third-party AI providers to generate Analyses (currently OpenAI’s vision-capable models). We may change, add, or replace our AI provider(s) at any time, without prior notice, provided the Service continues to function as described in these Terms.
By uploading a Chart, you grant CandleVix a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit that Chart (including to our third-party AI provider) solely for the purpose of generating and delivering the requested Analysis to you, and for the retention period described in Section 9.
We do not use your uploaded Charts, your Analyses, or your other Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. Your Content is used solely to generate the specific Analysis you requested and is deleted according to the retention policy in Section 9. (Our third-party AI provider processes the Chart solely to generate the response to your request; see our Privacy Policy for details on that processing.)
You are solely responsible for any Chart or other content you upload to the Service, including for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload it and to have it processed as described in these Terms. You represent and warrant that your Uploaded Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and does not violate any applicable law. You agree to indemnify CandleVix against any claim arising from Content you upload, as further described in Section 22.
You agree not to, and not to attempt to, do any of the following in connection with the Service:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including suspension or termination under Section 18 and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
The Service — including its website, branding, trademarks, logos, user interface and design, underlying software and source code, AI workflow and pipeline architecture, and AI system prompts and prompt engineering assets — is and remains the exclusive property of CandleVix. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any of the foregoing, except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these Terms.
CandleVix owns the underlying AI system and platform used to generate Analyses. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specific Analysis generated for you for your own personal or commercial trading and investment decision-making purposes. You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, or repackage an Analysis, or access to the Service, as or within a competing analysis or AI service; or (b) represent an Analysis generated by CandleVix as the output of your own independently developed, proprietary AI system.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.
We rely on the following categories of third-party providers to operate the Service: database, authentication, and file storage (Supabase); application hosting (Vercel); asynchronous workflow processing and rate limiting (Upstash); AI chart analysis (currently OpenAI, subject to change per Section 13); cryptocurrency payment processing (NOWPayments); error monitoring (Sentry); and product analytics (PostHog). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers to the extent they interact with your data, as described further in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account, in our sole discretion and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, misused the free trial system, posed a security risk, or if required to do so by law. Where practical and appropriate, we will attempt to notify you of the reason for suspension or termination.
Upon suspension or termination of your account for any reason, any unused Credits are forfeited without refund, consistent with our Refund Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 12, 13, 14.3, 16, 20, 21, 22, and 23) will survive.
You may delete your own account at any time from your account settings by completing the required typed confirmation. You may also request account deletion by contacting support. In either case, any remaining unused Credits are forfeited and are non-refundable, and your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, downtime, or technical issues may occur from time to time. We may add, modify, or remove features of the Service at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disruption to your ability to use previously purchased Credits, but we are not liable for any inability to use the Service due to downtime or maintenance.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL ANALYSES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CANDLEVIX AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING/INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY ANALYSIS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or warranties; in such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CandleVix and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your Uploaded Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
As of the Effective Date, CandleVix has not yet completed formal business registration, and this section will be updated to specify a governing jurisdiction once that process is complete. In the interim, if a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at our support email so we can attempt to resolve it informally and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to resolution by the courts of competent jurisdiction, applying the substantive law applicable to CandleVix’s place of establishment at the time the dispute arises, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an in-app notice or email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
